Our Normandy Place Duplex is situated at the end of a quiet dead-end street in a Horseheads  residential neighborhood. A two unit duplex with (2) spacious three (3) bedroom units. Private driveways, large private yards and great eat in kitchens are just a few of the amenities tenants enjoy.
